Introject is most often an established idea, which I've got about myself from the outside world.
An introjective personality wants instructions for everything.
The introject can be recognized by the words "I must", "I have to", "I shouldn't" which are most often of a limiting nature.
We can see the introjective mechanism by the growth of energy (mood, ideas, actions), and then a sharp decline, as if we rested against the inner wall of our own mindset (most often about ourself).
