The system is too complex for a new user and those ready to join are denied, two of my fb friends were stucked at registration having prob with email verification and the mobile OTP were not sent, after a few try they are asked to try again the next day and this has been going on for over 2weeks now

Exactly, the wallet functions alone is enough for some users to say ... NO Thanks .. back to Facebook for me.
