Betting On E-Sports Is Hard
Like what do you even look out for? I tried betting on some counterstrike and that ended up going south pretty fast. Read some online commentary about the two teams and how the underdog should be considered the favorite.
It seemed pretty convincing so i decided to take them on a +1.5 handicap for some added buffer and they promptly lose 2-0.
They say the lines on e-sports are badly done but i can't seem to make any sense of it. Even in cricket, things like Home/Away, win-rate etc. make for some easy comparison between teams.
A site like teamrankings, soccerstats but for e-sports will be a big help. Does one exist already? I couldn't find anything other than those livescore sites which are terrible in comparison to what is out there for traditional sports.
