This could be the Liverpool's year, imho.

I think that Manchester City will underperform this season. Regarding Chelsea and Arsenal, I don't think that anybody can say with any certainty what they are going to do. Same can be said for Manchester United.

    Yep, could be... Klopp has had a good few years to get sorted now and they were very impressive at the end of last year. City may be more focused on Europe than before... Three horse race for me though, City, Liverpool or Spurs....
