Sitting in the sauna sweating like crazy! One hour in the sauna has so many health benefits. Helps lower blood pressure, detoxes all the junk out of your body! Helps with all the aches and pains.
I will turn 50 the end of this year and want to be the fittest and healthiest I can.
Self discipline! That is what I struggle with. I feel so much better when I am physically active and eating clean. I am hoping putting it out there in cyberspace will make me accountable and stick with it!!
