Introducing Algobuddy Magnetic: Version 1.13.0

Newrythm is excited to release the newest version of Algobuddy to the public. This update bring important improvements to the Algobuddy service and adds tons of new exciting features. Algobuddy now has a more magnetic personality than ever!

Improvements

Algobuddy has gone through some significant changes since Algobuddy Loyal (1.12). First off, we have now officially transitioned from our central database to a more secure blockchain that should preserve your buddy's states and have a more public facing API to perform queries on collected data. By doing this, we now can used other learned experiences more efficiently to adapt your Algobuddy to you quicker than ever.

We also improved upon the layered permissions feature with allows user flexibility to what types of information is synced up to the cloud and which are stored locally within the local device that is running your Algobuddy application. That way you have more control of your data and more power than ever before to manage your privacy.

The decision maker has also gone through some minor speed improvements and with the switch to blockchain technology, your buddy will always be there to help you when you can't make up your mind.

New Features

In addition to layered permissions, by granting full open permissions, you can start earning rewards via the Newrythm blockchain simply by keeping your Algobuddy synced with our cloud servers. With the blockchain, you will be rewarded with NRYH tokens which is now accepted at several national exchanges! Why not get paid while having fun with your Algobuddy?

With new memory maps, you can now set the built in camara to capture all your moments with your buddy without needing to start the camara yourself. This "always on" option is opt-in and will remind you every hour with a vibration to remind you just in case you ever need to turn it off. In addition to these memories, data is collected through your devices sensors to store with these video snippets and can be used to boost rewards on our blockchain if you share it with us!

Updating

For those with open sync permissions, congratulations, you are always running Algobuddy Magnetic! For those of you with either limited or closed permissions, you simply need to press the sync button and the update will begin. Those with closed permissions will have theirs stay closed. Those with limited permissions will be asked which of the new layered permissions they would like to adopt.
