Student Finds Pen After Digging Through Backpack for 15 Minutes

MEMPHIS, TN – During Dr. Jennifer Fisher’s lecture on mitochondria, student Candace Anderson decided she needed to find a writing instrument. So right in the middle of the presentation, she decided to thoroughly search every single pocket, pouch, binder, and hidden compartment in her apparently infinitely voluminous backpack. Students report Anderson zipped and unzipped every single one of her backpack’s zippers at least 4-5 times, making sure to do it as loudly as possible.

Once the pen was retrieved, Anderson spent another 3 minutes putting everything back together in her backpack, then proceeded to tap her feet and sigh loudly every 5 minutes or so for the rest of the class.
