State of the Project -- Sankofa project August Update!

So month 4 was another good month, the turbulent market in crypto is being nicely hedged by consistent returns for the guys managing the Sankofa and her daily route.

Today I got the monthly text from the brother Abraham to tell me how we'd got on this month. This time the message came via the medium of Facebook messenger because Abraham had damaged his phone so we haven't been in contact via WhatsApp like usual. Thank goodness for Zuckerburg

There were no new investment opportunities this month, and the chicken farm idea is starting to look like a distant memory now.

So without further ado, here are the numbers for this month (July)

Income : 28000d

Costs : 2000d

wages : 6000d

Profit added to savings : 20,000d

Moving forward the guys are still planning to legitimise the operation further by getting themselves passports and then opening a bank account to keep the savings...… 'safe'. I would advise them to buy Bitcoin but that's not an easy thing to do in Banjul.
