Galaxy S8: release date and specs leaked

 from Korea, information about Samsung's presentation and release plans for the Galaxy S8 is available. In addition, technical specifications of the Galaxy S8 Plus have been leaked. Apparently Samsung's plans for the release and market launch of the Galaxy S8 have reached the public. This is reported by the Korean IT news site ETNews. It is an official event on 29 March in New York. The sales start was planned at least in South Korea apparently for the 14th of April but are now to be shifted to the 21st April to the rear. On this day the sale will start worldwide. The reason for the later sales start is the availability of the Galaxy S8 phones. Samsung is postponing the release in the home market of South Korea even a little backwards to ensure that the delivery of the devices no bottlenecks arise.  There was already a date for the advance sale, this should start on April 6th. But the plan was apparently rejected. The information comes from a mobile operator, who also explains why there is no information on the advance booking start. Samsung is targeting the pre-sale of its products according to the general market situation. Apparently, the company was looking at the rivals LG. If the public reactions to its flagship, the LG G6, turn out to be positive, Samsung could start the advance sale earlier.Officially, Samsung plans to announce its plans for the launch date of the Galaxy S8 next Monday, February 27th, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.  

Specifications of the Galaxy S8 Plus leaked

When the Galaxy S8 comes on the market, it comes with the company. The big brother with the 6.2-inch large display is called Galaxy S8 Plus. Leaker Evan Blass has now also released the technical specifications of the S8 Plus on Twitter.The Galaxy S8 Plus comes as the Galaxy S8 also with a rounded AMOLED display in quad-HD resolution. This Curved Display has a total size of 6.2 inches if you count the rounded edges. If the rounded surface is drawn by the measure, 6.1 inches remain. It is equipped with a 12-megapixel dual camera and an 8-megapixel camera. The smartphone also has an iris scanner and is dust and water resistant according to IP68 standard.
