The salt dome of Jashk (Dashti) is located in the Kaki section and the Bereghon district and between two districts of Dashti and Dir in Bushehr province. This dome is located east of Gonakhk village in Dashti city and north of Jasak village in Deir city.
This salt dome is located in the heart of the Jasech Mountain, which lies to its northern end, and forms the highest mountain in the mountains. Its length is northeast to southwest. The west is Gonechk village, east of Kurdlan village and northeast of Dervishi village (Dashti city) and south of Jasak village.
Features
This dome or salt slope is 12 km long and 4 and a half miles wide in the heart of the Jasak Mountain. The area of the dome is about 3666 hectares and the height of the summit is 1,350 meters above sea level.

The way to access the dome from the eastern side is 3 km from Ganakhak village, through the dirt road of the old rock salt mine operating in the area and from the eastern side of the dome if, after the bridge of the village of Kordlan, the road road to the dome, You reached the foothills of the dome.
It is mountainous and due to the special conditions of topography and climate, it lacks any springs of fresh water, drainage and wells, and there are only salt caves and salt springs abundant. The Jasak salt mound is located within the river valley. Parts of the salt dome, which has salt, does not contain any vegetation, but most of the layers are calcareous from the salt mountains and have excellent vegetation, and there are also saline resistant plants on the mountain slopes. In general, the vegetation of the region consists of gon, geishid, and scissors, which cover the earth's surface in winter and spring with a variety of annual plants, giving it a special beauty.
