salsa tartara
ingredientes:
1/2 Taza de mayonesa
1 Huevo
1 Cebolla picada
3 Cucharadas de pepinillos encurtidos picados
2 Cucharadas de alcaparras picadas
Pimienta al gusto
Preparación:
Hervir el huevo y cuando este listo picarlo en trocitos pequeños
Picar los pepinillos, la cebolla y las alcaparras en pedazos más pequeños
Unir lo anterior con la mayonesa
Probar cómo está de sal y agregar si es necesario
Agregar la pimienta molida al gusto y listo.
esta deliciosa salsa podemos acompañarla con unas rebanadas de pan o galletas saladas o hasta para aderezar una rica ensalada.
