I probably wouldn't do more then 0.50 - 0.60 right now until we build more of our SP up (hence our search for SP investors) but even if you did a larger submission we would max vote it and refund the difference if needed.
So lets say you sent Thunder 0.70 for a $2.10 upvote but we could only give you a $1.80 at 100% we would divide 1.80 by three (0.60) and refund you the difference that you sent (0.10)
