Let's cook! Summer salad with strawberry, pistachio and mint!

Today we will be making a strawberry-pistachio salad with mint, bringing smooth and refreshing taste to your loved ones this summer!

For 2 servings, we will need:

• Fresh strawberries, 0.5 kg
• Unsalted pistachios, 0.13 kg
• Dessert wine, 3 tablespoons
• Honey, 2 tablespoons
• Lemon juice, 3 teaspoons
• Fresh mint, add according to your taste
• A pinch of salt

Get your ingredients ready!

In a separate bowl mix your dessert wine, lemon juice, honey and salt.

Get them little boys from their shells and crush them or start cutting.

Now let's make strawberries shine! Rinse them well and clean from leaves. Beautiful!
