Trouble logging into https://welako.app/register

Trying to both log in and register at welako was unsuccessful. As a point of interest, and possible debugging, when attempting to press the "Next" link at the bottom of the https://welako.app/register page; instead of advancing to the next page the highlight switched from the logo to "Welako" in the copyright at the bottom of the page.

My browser is Brave v. 149.1.91.171
