Health and Safety Police have taken over

Whilst having breakfast this morning i noticed the new neighbour was having a satellite dish fitted so she could enjoy some mainstream entertainment from the sky.

I then heard the drilling and thought the dish will be installed soon she will be able to watch the new channels soon but looking out the window towards next door and i was amazed to see the drilling was not for the dish bracket but was for an anchor point in the brickwork to harness the step ladder to the side of the house.

Health and safety is important but a little extreme with a hard hat and harness to boot when your only 3 feet from the ground!

The dish is now installed and the world has completed its transformation into a bubble wrapped nation of zombies.
