Why?
because it seems uninspired with a complete lack of technique... and I believe that many of the comments here are insincere, false praises which are actually hurtful in the development of an would be artist.

Be free to dismiss my opinion as art is one of the most subjective things in existence...

@davidad my aim is not to offend you, but to be honest and tell that you could do better next time...

If you're painting over a pencil drawing, you can at least try to use the boundaries that you already set

Not sure if you're aiming some realistic human proportions, but if so sketching anatomy diagrams will help you a great deal

Also, if you managed to take a decent photo of the pencil drawing, why not do the same for the final product?
This is no secret but the key for a good picture is taking many and then pick the best...
