Ruth cooks: Pork filets

Ruthie got in her kitchen today and made a yummy lunch for @trumpman!

Tender pork filets, sautéed with an onion, salt, black pepper, a tablespoon of mustard and finished with some condensed milk (as I was out of cream). Fries on the side and...

... a cold salad with tomato, cucumber, onion, green pepper and olives.

A failed attempt to make a tomato and feta cheese dip (which will make a great pasta sauce tomorrow - yes, we don't throw food away in this house).

Stomach's full, husband's happy... I can call it a good day! 😋
