Homemade pita gyros

I felt a craving for junk food yesterday and since I was out for some shopping, I stopped by the butcher's to buy some pork gyros for today's lunch.

All I needed to do was to cook my meat in a non-sticky pan, without any oil since the pork was already marinated in oil and had its own fat.

I made some fries and grilled some pita bread.

Some spicy feta cheese spread and slices of tomato will complete my tasty sin!
