Delicious pastitsio!

Yesterday I made pastitsio!! It's a dish with a layer of pasta, a layer of mince sauce, another layer of pasta and bechamel sauce and grated cheese on top.

One of my favorite recipes and of course something quite fattening and time consuming, so you can't make it very often.

This time I added some grated feta cheese on top of the mince layer, I was a nice touch! I had to go a little easier with the salt though, as feta cheese is quite salty, so I added a little less salt in my mince sauce.

It was soooooo good! We had some leftover for today! That's a good thing, because I don't have to cook every day... 😁
