I'm mostly baffled by conduct of the prosecution and the investigators regarding the withheld evidence in the Baldwin case.

It's frustrating. For the life of me, I can't tell you how it changes the facts of the case in regard to Baldwin's actions. No matter where the bullet came from, Hutchens is dead because Baldwin didn't do what every responsible operator of a firearm is required to do.

Even if the defense were able to weave a complex conspiracy theory about somebody sabotaging the production, it wouldn't change anything in regard to Baldwin.

All that said, it's not the role of the prosecution to decide what's material to the case. It's suspicious as all hell that the evidence of those specific bullets was placed under a different case file.

I absolutely think that Baldwin is guilty as hell. I think that most people who are well informed about the case agree with me. All the prosecution needed to do was be honest and have their shit together to have a good chance of a conviction.

Well, this is one time when I have to say that I'm frustrated that a guilty man went free. Still, it's better that ten guilty men go free than one innocent man be condemned. The side that's trying to throw a human being behind bars need to be held to these standards.
