Today I would like to tell about my beatiful country-Russia. Russia is one f two countries which are both in Europe and Asia. Russia is as big as 38 billion Vaticans. And the views are amazing.

Russian culture is rich, old and unusual. On the picture below you can see the St.Basils cathedral.

In Russia one of the most important celebrations is the ninth of May. This is a celebration of  remebrance of the victory in Great Homeland war. The parade is incredible!

The deepest lake in the the world - Baikal is also in Russia.

People in Russia say that we have two capitals: Saint-Petersburg, the capital of European Russia and Moscow the capital of "Russian" Russia.

Russian cuisine is a mix of cuisines of different peoples of Russia.

Before 1991 Russia was a part of the Soviet Union. But after the collapse of the Soviet Union my country became an independent country.

Russia is a home to many famous people: Mendeleev, Lenin, Tchaikovsky and, of course, president Putin:)
