What Russia should do to respond properly to the decision of the US empire to not abandon unipolarity and its idea to achieve global hegemony.

As it's clear that the US empire doesn't intend to find a compromise with Russia and not even sitting at the negotiating table to jointly shape the future of the new multipolar world Moscow must respond with some practical steps:
_ deployment of Iskander missiles in Kaliningrad (underway) and in Crimea.
_ expansion of the proxy war to all countries of the world in order to never permit the US to unilaterally impose its will or to have simple victories
_ modernization of the nuclear triad (the new TU-160)
_ expansion of FSB foreign activity, today's irrelevancy and passivity are unacceptable (the recent debacle in Balkans is the straw that breaks the camel's back)
_ enlargement of the army
_ increase of soft power in strategical areas
_ full-fledged alliance with China, Moscow and Beijing should coordinate their policies in all fields.
_ accomplishing complete self-sufficiency or getting near to it in most of economic sectors
_ creation of an alternative payment system to SWIFT in collaboration with BRICS, SCO, EEU countries
