The words largest consumer is USA but it doesn't mean that it should use this position to threaten and blackmail the whole world.
Of course it does, it's not "threaten and blackmail" it is just "negotiation" and we have an obligation to the American people to try to get the best terms for America, just as your country tries to get the best terms when it negotiates doesn't it?
