FIFA World Cup Russia 2018 - Group F
It is time for group F, that should not be much of a threat to the current world champions Germany.
The "mannschaft" will face off with México, which have met in three World Cups. Germany leads with two wins (6-0 in 1978 and 2-1 in 1998) and a 0-0 draw in 1986 (the europeans qualified after the penalty shootout).
On matchday 2, Sweden will be the rivals and history between both is ver rich. Only in WC, the played four times with three wins for Germany (2-1 in 1934; 4-2 in 1974; 2-0 in 2006) and one for the scandinavians (3-1 in 1958). Lastly, South Korea will handle the germans and off course the latter lead the head to head with two WC wins (3-2 in 1994 and 1-0 in 2002).
Mexico should be the runner up. In past WCs, they beated Korea 3-1 in 1998 and lost to Sweden 3-0 in 1958.
Finally, it will be the first WC match between Korea and Sweden.
