STILL STANDING: Old Soviet positions in Donbass still holding strong against Ukrainian fire

The military correspondents of the press service of the DNR visited the area of the front where the servicemen of the People’s Militia have restored the line of defense created by their grandfathers during the battles of the Great Patriotic War. According to the man with the call sign 'Fedot', the situation today is different but similar in some regard, and in the trenches on the opposing shore of the river Kalmius, the German Nazis which came in 1943 have been replaced by . . . Ukrainian ones. He commented on the significance of the approaching 9th of May holiday and that the few veterans that are left deserve utmost respect.
