Very cool! I'm new to the project, but I'm a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant. I'd be happy to join in with some strength training/cross-training ideas every now and then if you want that kind of input. I also specialize in plant-based nutrition, so most of my posts have to do with vegan recipes/foods anyway. :) I know my whole foods focus has helped my personal running recovery and performance. I'd love to continue to support the project since I feel like I have already gotten so much out of connecting with the Steemit running community!
@plantstoplanks I personally would love to read about plant based nutrition, especially from a fellow runner. My wife and I have been making a concerted effort to shift in that direction. Also, as I work on the 5k training, I am thinking that there are a lot of related topics, especially for new runners, so feel free to tag me, drop a link in the training blog comments, etc, and I would be happy to promote.
Awesome! I write up a lot of recipes, but it is fun to focus a little more specifically how food impacts health and athletic performance. Everyone is a little different on what works for them, so it's great to have a growing community with all different perspectives. That way anyone can find something that works for them! I am happy to cross-promote, so I'll definitely keep up with the 5k training program. :)

Personally, I'd not recommend to write about plant based nutrition since your own blog talks specifically about it, I would focus more in Nutrition for running in general terms...
