Sounds like a wonderful project, you have my full support and re-steems! I haven't yet come across anyone talking about nutrition for exercise and recovery, so I'm very interested. I will be doing plenty of promotion of things like this in my 'Make It Healthy Project'... I'm just working on a weekly magazine I'm bringing out soon, and would love to feature the running project!
