Sounds like you are in good shape with all the running. I don’t know about running barefoot- could get cut or step on something.

Yeah, for sure you can get cut or step on something: this is why you'll be more present in the NOW and one of the reasons I love to run in this way!

Running barefoot on the beach sounds dreamy to me... here in TN I'd just have to run on the banks of the local river. Probably would fall in. Thank you for the beer on my post, and for resteeming and liking and being just so sweet in general! Have some !BEER yourself! I dont' know if I'm giving it properly! Ahhh!

I love running barefoot on the sand by the sea, but yesterday I only shared a nice CC0 image and ran on asphalt and pavement tiles... let's say it's "reinforcing", ehehehehh!
