What Your Goals for Running?

Good evening and welcome to another moment of Exciting World Cryptos and Exciting Thunder Adventure. Today I like to bring forth more things that will help people keep busy who are involved with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

Now let’s talk more about the concept of running. With all the recommendations I told you all to take up running before. Now you are all experts in running now perhaps.

Well it is time to talk now more about running. So you are now running for a while now. The question is what are your goals? Why are you running? Do you want to achieve something from this new adventure you have taken on?

Of course you do, The one goal of course was to create better balance in your life of course.
Perhaps running is something that will help you reduce stress and help you escape some of your recent situations.

There are many things you can set your sights on when it comes to running. Some people are just out to increase their level of fitness. Such as increase your distance over period of time and then increase your speed for that distance.
Some are just doing it for the recreation and social aspect of the activity.
You could also set your sights on being competitive. Such as perhaps signing up to a local 5k race, Also you could even consider in the future to run a full marathon that could be on your bucket list.
There are even ultra 100 mile running marathons you could consider later on in your journey. Of course those are more for the really interested types, but as I mentioned there are for sure many options out there.

Here are just a few guidelines to consider when setting a goal for your running.

Make sure your running goals are precise, so rather than saying you want to run further, why not say you want to able to complete a 3km run inside 20 minutes by the end of the month.

You need to be able to prove that your running target has been reached. Don't guess when you've reached your goal, but monitor your improvement with a stopwatch, GPS unit or equivalent.

Your running goals must be able to achievable. Don't set something that you are not going to be able to achieve because that will cause a negative feeling. . Running in your local half marathon would be an achievable goal, while a top 20 finish in that race may not.

Have some common sense when setting goals. Setting a target of improving your half marathon time by an hour this year is an extremely difficult target. However, a goal of improving your half marathon run time by minutes is likely to be more realistic.

Make your goal time-related because you can then create a deadline to work towards. 

With that on mind, now is the time to figure out what works best for you. Of course connect with your local running community. That always is the direction of setting more goals as well.
