Good on you ;-) A few weeks of will actually do you good. I'm finding i'm running better now that I have had some time off.

I didn't go out for a run this morning, as it was too hard to drag myself out of bed ;-) But it all turned out for the best because now it's raining. If I had gone out I'd be half way through my run and drenched and freezing.

Summer started 4 days ago here, and already we're back into winter weather. And you thought UK summers were bad hehehe
