40' of healthy Recovery Jog... [24/50 #fiftyrunstillmay]

After yesterday's hard workout session and due that all of us have had a very emotional day with our beloved cryptos, what is the best way to calm yourself and get recovered?

Yeah! by going for running, always, but today at a softly pace, recovering pace, enjoying the path, being part of the nature, breathing deeply and releaving your aching muscles from yesterday's training!!!
That is what I've done. 40 minutes of jogging, below 135 bpms

I need really to recover because tomorrow, tomorrow will be another hard day, work and hard running workout wait for me!!
