Today I did something that I’ve not done for quite some time.
Yup, I finally got the trainers and shorts on and went exploring. I want to avoid saying I went out for a run due to the amount of walking ... although there were some flashes of inspiration. I covered 4.1 miles and probably ran less than a third of that due to...well being fat and unfit but also taking care of monstro-knee for now.
