30,000 people -that’s a lot! I don’t like crowds so thats kinda my idea of hell but I bet the atmosphere was pretty amazing. Great times for the run.
Any idea how the tracking works? Little GPS transmitters or are there sensors around them circuit?
It was 30,000 runners + all the crowd which was more than that again. I think the MyLaps device uses GPS, it drained my phone quite spectacularly while tracking them both. I would have to further take it apart to tell you any more.
Very clever for such a small device.
