Have a different focus for each run of the week such as -

Monday - easy run/ walk

Weds - intervals

Friday - fast run timetrial.

Also find your best time to run and stick to it!

If yer in the UK at this time of year I'd also recommend treadmill sessions - it's about to get cold!
