Todays Running Results

Well... I felt sick yesterday but today I had to recharge my energy and go to run and clear my mind.

And I’m very happy with todays results because I done my best time! And I went to ascent ways and now my legs are burning 🙈

I think that this week will be nice to overcome my results!!

My favorite photo is the last one :D Sometimes when we push ourselves we feel better after exercise. At least I do when I work out. I'm new to your blog. Interested in what your next postings will be about.
