Wow, this is really interesting to hear. I do love doing this kind of exercise but i get tired so quickly. During last Christmas i tried doing some marathon run but only could cover 4km will struggle, haha. Quite so tired though, i did it like 3 times and i was getting better by the day. I have stopped doing that because i hardly have time to do so now. Its nice to see you embark on this and getting better everyday. Good
Try to pick it up again, it's so easy. The 5km ones take me less than half an hour so 45 minutes in total with changing and showering.
