Fighting grief with running

The only moment that i feel a little good these days is when i go for a run...
Unfortunately i have knee injuries and i can't run every day...

It is also well known that chronic depressives and bi-polars benefit from any kind of sport or exercise, so I can understand why you find it helpful.
I hope you are running and not jogging. Jogging is bad for your joints, whereas, when running, there is less impact. It also stimulates your heart and immune system, without you needing to run for as long. Even a hundred metres can get your heart hammering, producing all the benefits you require.
Just don't suddenly overdo it.

i am mostly a trail runner, but i also do some runs in the streets,because i cannot be always on a mountain.... my tempo is slow because of my injuries... thank you so much for your commend!
