On the mill again
Yesterday was one of those days where I did not have time to run before after 9 in the evening, which is a bit later than I prefer. But, I take what I can get. Once I started running it was actually not too bad, I took it slow and watched the Barkley movie. When those guys are out running for 60 hours I cannot complain about 45 minutes on the threadmill.
