Wow...you are AMAZING. I felt like I ran it with you reading your story (without the pain, cramps etc) You gotta be pretty proud of that achievement, you put in the hard training and it paid off. Nice you kept the rear clean :) Absolute congratulations. BTW the photo's are superb...beautiful countryside.
