yes. maybe hey. :))) this article was put in the runningproject best article for the week contest and I won runner up. The winner wrote an article about running to work. Cant beat that one. ha ..nevertheless this article brought in a lot of runners...which is what I wanted.

Yes. it does take time. Then to be descerning as to who is worthy or not. But despite all I can post about I think the running is what will keep me here. That seems to be the niche xx
