Why start running? It´s easy to start. I started running this year and I will try to share my experiences from now on. The good thing about running is that you don´t need any equipment. This is extremely appealing. This is extremely appealing for us beginners, because you don´t take any risks with it. JUST START TODAY AND HAVE FUN!
