Thanks, usually just do a 2.5-5Km around the house. Working on getting my pace/Km down and consistant for the 2.5-5km. Then pushing that up. Well see. :-)

Nice, thats an ideal running plan. I suggest you increase mileage first, then work on the pace, so that your body will build the endurance for you to pump faster pace on later stage.💪💪
