Afternoon Forest Run

I just finished a 6.146km run that lasted about 0hh:46mm:59ss !

This was a still in the daylight run through the local forest. I was looking for uphill sections and made a decent loop out of it. Several stops for taking photos allowed me to catch the breath and then run the uphill sections.

Remember yesterday's run? Here it is. Compare both altitude profiles. The last peak in today's graph is the second peak in yesterday's profile. Different perspective, isn't it?

Running diary

• the cover photo shows an abandoned satellite dish system which was once used for the local cable station
• altitude ration was 35.8 m/km - a step in the right direction
