Nice write-up about meditation and finding that calm place to focus your mind. Exercise can be a very good form of meditation. 40 is just a number (I'm fast approaching too 😂).

I've gone past the number :) so if it's 18 I'm in my early 20s lol which until recently I have really felt like.. guess we all get those moments. But I'm only just getting a running, yoga and meditation regime back into my routine so that balance should return
