nice post @kafkanarchy84, well you feel little bad in this run but the main thing is that you never give up and complete your miles at the end that's great and i think cookies are milk are pure bed time snack you better take them after completing your miles or before bed time, before run i think simple fresh fruit juice is much better than milk and cookies. thanks for sharing
