#runforsteem Silence is golden...

This morning we started again quite early for our easy run. The sun slowly rose over the hills in our narrow valley, the sky blue, the temperature still pleasant 13 degrees and the air clear and fresh.

After a short stretch we left the village behind us and dive into the forest. Here we were welcomed by the silence of the forest, enriched with the sounds of nature. All kinds of birds chirping, the murmuring of the small stream and the slight rustling of the first leaves.

Plus the gentle trapping of our steps and regular breath. You don't want to talk, just run and relax.
Wonderfully refreshed and charged with natural energy we came home and had a good Sunday breakfast.
