ice and the cartel are actually working with eachother for profit.

not only does ice and the cartel use some type of stealth suit tech . so does a good majority of Hollywood use some type of stealth tech i have never seen before . and yes that technology really does work . what they will do when they target an individual like myself. they send them to the mental hospital with said threat and say that u said all of that . then they proceed with they're crimes against u. they'll even implant tracking listening and audio devices underneath ur skin and inside ur ear canals. u will actually feel them touching u as well but u can touch them back . and try to deem u insane which isnt true at all i have meant several individuals they have done this to ,and most of the time they do this to steal large amounts of wealth from rich families and they're heirs.or they're children the dod also likes to do this to people of middle eastern decent. as far as i can tell its like they're using a tech that makes ur entire body vibrate at a higher frequency. which technically makes u non existent. mainly the cartel and ice use this tech and i have caught several Hollywood members using it as well. this isnt a lie at all whatsoever and should be taken very seriously.
