Rules for scrabble game

I love to play scrabble game and i am so intelligent in this game. Today i want to share the rules which applies in our area. i want to participate in a competition.

Rules for Scrabble

1. Only registered persons shall be allow to participate.
2. Challenge for any kind of word will only be verified from oxford advanced learner's.
3. Proper nouns past participles, present participles, slang words, suffixes and prefixes are not allowed.
4. First from of the verb is allowed to be used: but not the "-s form of the verb". Example (Plays, Walks, Talks, etc.)
5. A player is allowed to use Second and Third forms of the verb only as Adjectives.
6. Exclamations, Interjections , Prepositions, Plurals, Notes of music, formulas, Short forms of the words, Units of Quantities, Greek words/alphabets are allowed to use.
7. Abbreviations are not allowed in the competition.
8. If in a turn, a player uses all his/her seven tiles, he/she scores a bonus of 100 points in addition to his/her regular score.
9. If players want not to ask the meanings of the simple words or the words they understand, they are allowed to do so.
10. Challenge against any word will be dealt as per decision of the judges.
11. If a player loses a challenge, his/her turn will be given to his/her opponent with the penalty of 10 more marks.
12. words once challenged, shall be withdrawn or taken back.
13. A player can only use a single tile at last stage of the game when less than 7 tiles are left on the rack or when there is no tile left in the sack.
14. A player cannot keep both the blank tiles at a time: blank tiles shall have correspondent number of desired tile used.
15. In case of no vowels or no consonants, a player can change one of his/her tile by his/her wish.
16. After 3 consecutive passes from a player, his/her complete tiles will be changed by the judge.
17. After 3 consecutive passes from both the players, the game will be finished as per rule of judge.
18. there shall be only 60 seconds for each turn.
19. the marks of remaining tiles shall be deducted at the end of each game and blank tiles.
    20.participants coming late or being absent will be disqualified.
