as always, the script auto-selects using anu quantum random number server api, if there's less than three eligible it will ofcourse not carry over a vote to the next day as votes per day are limited, this is not the main point but promo or something and if the vote grows back over 0.02 it might give more votes than three instead of bigger whoppers
then again, it might not, i'll see that when it gets back there, maybe if it gets to 1.00 i just raffle one full vote everyday, if only the content paladins who would claim i can't CHOOSE (dont you see the re-steems then, dearies?)
anyways ... and then some , happy merry, don't forget to vote against article 13 and romania for president in the next elections (although the way EU is organized there's no real voting on who is the prez, for all i care juncker can stay, at least he's from a country that's still in the green all across the line on every stat up until 2020 ... who can still say that ?)
ya, so let's hope hungary, estonia or romania doesn't article 13 me b/c of "anti-speech" on this one
