Tomato spaghetti.
All ingenious is simple tomato spaghetti represent meter paste saliraganar using agar tomato soup. All you need to prepare them is knowledge of the recipe, a silicone tube, a special syringe and, of course, agar.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes-200 g
Carrots-40 g
Celery stem-40 g
Garlic-10 g
Tomato paste-20 g
Fresh parsley and Basil to taste
Chicken broth-300 g
Salt / pepper
For spaghetti:
Strained tomato soup-150 g
Agar-agar-2, 4 g
Start by making soup. This can be as presented below, and the one you are used to cook.
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Wait until the mass has cooled, and carefully problemlerine. Bring to taste. Since the taste of jelly is not so intense, we recommend adding a little more salt and pepper than usual and leave for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
- Strain the soup through a fine sieve with gauze.
- Pour tomato soup in a saucepan, add agar-agar, bring to a boil.
- With a syringe, fill the silicone tube with tomato soup and drop into cold water for a few minutes.
- Remove the spaghetti is ready, using an empty syringe or siphon ISI.
- Serve both cold and hot.
